14 to size 32.
Some of our manufacturers do offer custom sizing and
can be made to your specific measurements. A note will
be on the size chart indicating this service. All of our dresses are 1st quality, which means they are brand new from the manufacturer.
Do you have a Catalog you can send me?
In order to keep our prices down we do not have catalogs to send out. Our entire catalog is featured online. If you would like to save a picture on your computer you can do so by clicking on the image with your right mouse button. A pop up window will appear and you will want to click "save image as" another window will appear showing you the name and folder your picture will be saved in. Click the Save button and your picture will be available for you to print out and view at your leisure.
Why are your dresses so inexpensive?
Due to our relatively low overhead and our high volume of sales we can pass along these beautiful dresses at extremely low, low prices. We guarantee you the lowest prices so if you find a dress online or offline for less just let us know. We will be happy to beat any prices.
What happens if when I get my dress it doesn’t fit?
Here is where PlusSizeBridal.com stands apart from any other bridal store. If you get your gown and it does not fit or there is anything you do not like about it, simply call our toll free number and get a Return Authorization Number. (866) PLS-BRID or (866) 757-2743. As long as the dress is in the same "like new" condition you received it in we will be happy to give you a refund on your purchase, or exchange it for size style or color. There will be a
$35 freight/restocking fee for all returned or exchanged merchandise. This is our Satisfaction Guarantee to you! Note: All dresses will need alterations for a custom fit. (i.e.… hem, side seams,
bustle).
How do I know what size to order?
We have provided a size chart for all of the dresses on our site. You can also print the "How to Measure" page and use it as a reference. To save time and to ensure accuracy we suggest you have a professional seamstress measure you for the most accurate sizing. Some of our dresses can be ordered to your measurements for an additional charge, so if you need a larger size than our size chart offers contact us by phone or email and we can help you!
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
Many of our dresses are in stock and ready to ship to you usually within 72 hours.
However, as our selection increases so has some of our
ship times. If you would like to know if a dress is in
stock please call our toll free number
(1-866-757-2743) with the style number, color, and
size. Someone will be happy to check shipping times
for you! Dresses will ship UPS ground and will take approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Special order gowns can take anywhere from 10-14 weeks to arrive.
Express delivery is available upon request and for an additional fee.

What are the different types of trains and how long
are they?
Cathedral
length trains extend 2 1/2 yards from the waist.
Semi-Cathedral length trains extend 2 yards from
the waist.
Chapel trains extend 1
1/3 yards from the
waist.
What
are the different types of waistlines?
Basque waistlines
are slightly elongated, dipping to a point at the center
front.
Asymmetrical waistlines begin at the natural
waistline and angle down to one side.
Dropped waistlines fall to several inches below
the natural waistline.
What
are some of the different types of laces?
Alencon lace is
a delicate floral leaf design in a fine net background
outlined with heavy threads to define the pattern and
add dimension.
Battenberg lace is made by applying a coarse
linen tape to the design and connecting tape with
decorative linen stitching.
Schiffli lace is an intricate floral pattern
embroidered directly onto the gown as opposed to a
separate lace sewn to the fabric.
What are some of the different types of necklines?
Scoop neckline
is a low and rounded neckline.
Queen Anne neckline is a high at the back and
sides of the neck, angling outward and then across top
of bustline.
Illusion neckline is transparent lace or netting
that begins at high or jeweled neckline and ends just
above the bustline.
Sweetheart neckline begins 2" inside the
shoulder line and dips to a heart shape at bustline.
